What can you take on a TUI Airways flight?
Planning a trip from the UK? Check your luggage allowance before choosing a case. TUI Airways lists one piece of hand luggage up to 55 × 40 × 20cm and 10kg. It also allows one smaller item, such as a laptop bag, up to 40 × 30 × 20cm, which must fit under the seat in front. Check your booking confirmation and TUI's current luggage guidance before you travel, especially if your holiday involves another airline.
TUI Airways hand-luggage dimensions and weight
The 55 × 40 × 20cm limit is for the main hand-luggage piece. Measure the case's full external size, including wheels and handles, and keep its packed weight within 10kg. The additional smaller item must be no bigger than 40 × 30 × 20cm and fit under the seat. TUI's checked-luggage allowance varies by booking, so check your confirmation rather than assuming a hold-bag allowance.
A case to compare for the main hand-luggage allowance
Product dimensions are not airline approval or a guarantee of acceptance. Confirm the current product listing, packed measurements and your flight's allowance before purchase and travel.
KONO KSK2584 20-inch hard-shell cabin suitcase
The KONO KSK2584 Navy & Brown case is listed at 55 × 40 × 20cm externally and 2.68kg empty. Its stated dimensions match TUI Airways' maximum main hand-luggage size exactly, so check the full external measurements carefully before you travel and keep the packed case within 10kg. It is too large for TUI's smaller under-seat item.
What about a smaller bag?
TUI Airways also permits one smaller item up to 40 × 30 × 20cm that fits under the seat in front. Check the dimensions of any extra bag separately, including filled pockets and handles.
Pack with the allowance in mind
- Measure your suitcase externally, including wheels, handles and any protruding features.
- Weigh your case after packing, not just when empty; TUI Airways lists a 10kg hand-luggage limit.
- Check your booking confirmation for your checked-luggage allowance and any flight-specific details.
- Use the smaller-item allowance only for a bag that fits within 40 × 30 × 20cm and under the seat.
